Project Manager

Clēnera, LLC is looking to fill a Project Manager position. Qualified candidate must be able to perform the duties and assignments as outlined below. Previous renewable energy/solar construction project experience is preferred.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Development
    • Feasibility, site walks, shade studies, PVSYS, and support in researching developments
    • Assist in diligence processes.
    • Assist in organizing data for development proposals
    • Estimate costs for projects
    • Permitting and fee management.
    • Assist in document preparation and design phase.
  2. Project Execution
    • Project management –Field operations management
    • Vendor management
    • Support logistics and Procurement of owner provided materials
    • Subcontract management and scope development
    • Process PO’s, RFI’s, RFP’s, LOI’s, NTP’s, BOM’s and other project documents
    • Stakeholder management
    • Travel to sites as needed
    • Attend project meetings and calls throughout the construction process. Manage agendas and minutes for those meetings and review with SR. management.
    • Project closeout documentation
    • Assist senior management in developing internal processes throughout the project lifecycle for managing projects and controlling risks
    • Schedule management via MS Project – Critical Path
    • Project updates, budgets, and financial reports
    • Project tracking of open items and risk assessment
    • Project team communication – means and methods
    • Process project payables and receivables
    • QA/QC process with field supervisors
    • Safety management
    • Commissioning and scheduling of O&M
    • Development of O&M means and methods.
    • Monitor projects owned by Clenera
    • Take a “hands-on” approach in mitigating operational and warranty issues.
  3. Business Management/Development
    • Work with senior management to develop internal processes and implement risk analysis
    • Prepare reports for project status and financial updates.
    • Foster positive Owner relations and governmental agency alliances.
    • Support upper management in all aspects of the business – wear many hats and do what it takes to be successful.
    • Continuing education and study new technology to keep up with industry standards.
    • Additional responsibilities as required and directed.
